1. Digital Services
All exams, subscriptions, and premium features provided on this platform are digital services. Once access is granted, refunds are generally not provided.
2. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If your payment is deducted but access is not granted, or if a payment is charged more than once, please contact our support team within 48 hours.
3. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, notify us immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
